What this page is. FeedFrwd uses a small set of vendors to run the platform. This page names every one of them that may process customer data, what they do, and where they do it. Customers can subscribe below to be notified at least thirty (30) days before we add or replace one.

 

A “subprocessor” is a third party engaged by FeedFrwd, Inc. (“FeedFrwd”) to process personal data contained in Customer Data in the course of providing the FeedFrwd Service. FeedFrwd’s obligations in respect of subprocessors are set out in Section 9 of the FeedFrwd Data Processing Agreement at feedfrwd.ai/legal/dpa.

Before engaging a subprocessor, FeedFrwd assesses its security and data protection practices and enters into a written contract imposing data protection obligations no less protective than those FeedFrwd owes to its customers. FeedFrwd remains fully liable to its customers for the performance of each subprocessor.

 

1. Infrastructure Subprocessors

These subprocessors host and operate the FeedFrwd production environment. They are required to deliver the Service and cannot be disabled on a per-customer basis.

[Cloud infrastructure provider — name and legal entity]: Compute, storage, networking, and managed database services hosting the FeedFrwd production environment and backups. Location: United States.

 

[Application hosting / platform provider]: Hosting and delivery of the FeedFrwd web application and API. Location: United States.

 

[Managed database provider]: Persistent storage of Customer Data, including feedback records, signals, and derived insights. Location: United States.

 

2. AI Subprocessors

These subprocessors provide the models that power FeedFrwd’s analysis, prioritization, and recommendation features. Each is contractually prohibited from using Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve its own models or services. Where a provider offers a zero-retention or minimum-retention configuration, FeedFrwd enables it.

[Generative AI provider — name and legal entity]: Semantic analysis, clustering and theme detection, sentiment classification, summarization, and generation of recommendations and actions from Customer Data. Location: United States.

 

[Embedding / vector search provider, if separate]: Generation and storage of vector embeddings used for similarity search and de-duplication of feedback signals. Location: United States.

 

Note on AI features. AI features are described in the FeedFrwd AI Supplementary Terms at feedfrwd.ai/legal/ai-terms. Where a customer enables an optional AI capability, the applicable provider is listed as a subprocessor under that customer’s Data Processing Agreement.

 

3. Operational Subprocessors

These subprocessors support the operation of the business and the delivery of the Service. Several process account or billing data only and do not receive Customer Data.

[Authentication provider]: User authentication, session management, and single sign-on. Data processed: Account identifiers and authentication metadata. Location: United States.

 

[Payment processor]: Subscription billing, payment processing, and invoicing. Data processed: Billing contact and payment data. No Customer Data. Location: United States.

 

[Transactional email provider]: Delivery of account, security, and service notification emails. Data processed: Recipient email addresses and message content. Location: United States.

 

[Customer support platform]: Receiving and responding to support requests. Data processed: Support correspondence and any data a customer includes in it. Location: United States.

 

[Product analytics provider]: Aggregate usage analytics used to improve the Service. Data processed: Usage events and pseudonymous identifiers. Location: United States.

 

[Error monitoring provider]: Application error and performance monitoring. Data processed: Error traces, which may incidentally include limited Customer Data. Location: United States.

 

[CRM / marketing platform]: Managing customer and prospect relationships and marketing communications. Data processed: Business contact data. No Customer Data. Location: United States.

 

4. Affiliates and Personnel

FeedFrwd currently has no affiliates that process Customer Data. Where FeedFrwd engages contractors who require access to Customer Data to provide or support the Service, those individuals are bound by written confidentiality obligations and are subject to the same access controls as FeedFrwd personnel.

 

5. Notification of Changes

FeedFrwd will provide notice of the addition or replacement of a subprocessor at least thirty (30) days before that subprocessor begins processing Customer Data. Notice is given by updating this page and emailing customers who have subscribed to subprocessor notifications.

To subscribe, email privacy@feedfrwd.ai with the subject line “Subprocessor notifications” and the email address that should receive them. Customers are responsible for keeping that address current.

FeedFrwd may replace a subprocessor without the thirty-day notice period where the change is required urgently to protect the security or continuity of the Service. In that case, FeedFrwd will notify subscribed customers as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

6. Objecting to a Subprocessor

Customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds by emailing privacy@feedfrwd.ai within the thirty-day notice period. The parties will discuss the objection in good faith. If FeedFrwd cannot make available an alternative arrangement within a reasonable period, the customer may terminate the affected portion of the Service and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused remainder of the then-current subscription term, as set out in Section 9.3 of the Data Processing Agreement.
