Cookie Policy
Effective Date: Feb 1st, 2026
Last Updated: Feb 1st, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how FeedFrwd, Inc. (“FeedFrwd,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at feedfrwd.ai (the “Site”) and within the FeedFrwd platform (the “Service”). It supplements, and should be read together with, the FeedFrwd Privacy Policy at feedfrwd.ai/legal/privacy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your choices, and to provide information to site operators about how their site is used.
We also use technologies that work similarly to cookies, and we refer to all of them collectively as “cookies” in this policy:
-
Local and session storage — browser storage used to hold session state and interface preferences.
-
Pixels and web beacons — small transparent images used to detect whether a page or email has been opened.
-
Software development kits (SDKs) — code included in our applications that performs functions similar to cookies.
Cookies set by feedfrwd.ai are “first-party” cookies. Cookies set by another domain — for example, a provider we use for analytics — are “third-party” cookies.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary: Authenticates your session, keeps you signed in, remembers which workspace you are in, protects against cross-site request forgery and other attacks, balances load across our infrastructure, and stores your cookie consent choices. Can you opt out? No. Without these the Service cannot function. These are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, and consent is not required for them under EU and UK law.
Functional: Remembers preferences such as interface layout, saved filters and views, selected time ranges, dismissed notices, and language. Can you opt out? Yes. Turning these off means the Service will not remember your preferences between visits.
Analytics and performance: Helps us understand which features are used, where users encounter friction or errors, how long pages take to load, and how the Service performs in aggregate, so that we can improve it. Can you opt out? Yes, via cookie preferences. Where required by law, these are set only after you consent.
Marketing and attribution: Measures the effectiveness of our own campaigns and identifies which referral source brought a visitor to the Site. Can you opt out? Yes. These are set only with your consent. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookie inventory. A live inventory of the individual cookies in each category — including the name of each cookie, the provider that sets it, its purpose, and its duration — is available in the cookie preferences panel on our Site. We maintain the inventory there rather than in this document so that it stays accurate as our tooling changes.
3. Cookies Set by Third Parties
Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf. Those providers may process information about your use of the Site or Service for the purposes we specify, and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. The providers we use are listed on the FeedFrwd Subprocessor page at feedfrwd.ai/legal/subprocessors.
We do not permit third parties to use cookies on the Site or Service to build advertising profiles or to target advertising to you across other websites.
4. Cookies and Your Feedback Data
Cookies are used for the operation of the Site and Service only. They are not used to collect the customer feedback data that our customers upload to or connect with FeedFrwd. Where FeedFrwd processes feedback data on behalf of a customer, it does so as a processor under that customer’s instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy and the FeedFrwd Data Processing Agreement.
If you are an end user of one of our customers, that customer — not FeedFrwd — is responsible for the cookies on their own websites and products and for any notice or consent required there.
5. Managing Your Choices
5.1 Cookie preferences
You can review and change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie preferences control on our Site. Your choices are stored in a cookie, so clearing your browser storage or using a different browser or device will reset them.
5.2 Consent where required
If you visit the Site from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with equivalent requirements, non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5.3 Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking all cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Service. Browser help pages for the major browsers explain how to manage these settings.
5.4 Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where it is transmitted by your browser or extension, and treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and to disable non-essential cookies where applicable law requires.
5.5 Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for how sites should respond to a “Do Not Track” browser signal, and we do not currently respond to it. We do respond to GPC as described above.
6. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Our persistent cookies are set with the shortest duration that still serves their purpose; authentication cookies are tied to your session lifetime and analytics cookies typically expire within thirteen (13) months.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required, seek your consent again. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
