Frequently asked questions

Know what to build next. Here’s how FeedFrwd works, what it costs, and how to get started.

About FeedFrwd

What is FeedFrwd?

FeedFrwd is decision intelligence for product teams. It pulls customer feedback from across your tools into one place, ranks what to build by measurable business impact, and shows the evidence behind every recommendation. After you ship, it measures whether the change actually moved the metric.

Who is FeedFrwd for?

It’s for product leaders who own a roadmap and have to defend it, including CPOs, VPs of Product, heads of CX, and product managers at SaaS and other product-led tech companies. It’s built for teams with more customer feedback than anyone can read and roadmap decisions that still get settled by debate.

Is FeedFrwd available today?

FeedFrwd is in active beta with product teams ahead of our 2026 launch. You can join the beta from our homepage. There’s no commitment, and we review fit and reach out within two business days.

How it works

What do I need to get started?

Just a CSV export of your existing feedback, such as support tickets, survey responses, call notes, or anything with customer text. Upload it and you’ll have your first ranked, KPI-linked priorities in about an hour. Native integrations are rolling out through 2026.

How long does setup take with connected sources?

Connect three feedback sources in under 30 minutes and get your first recommendations within 48 hours. From there, feedback flows in continuously and the ranking updates as it arrives.

How does FeedFrwd recommend what to build next?

FeedFrwd consolidates feedback from every source, groups it into themes, and scores each theme against the KPIs you choose, such as churn, NRR, and activation. It returns a short list of 5 to 10 high-impact recommendations, each tied to the metric it should move, instead of a 200-line backlog.

How does FeedFrwd rank priorities?

Each theme gets a Review Priority score built from the evidence in your feedback. It weighs how often an issue comes up and how negative that feedback is, so a small, severe problem can outrank a large, mild one. Themes with only a handful of signals are capped. Separately, you set the KPIs you report on, such as churn or NRR, to see each recommendation’s potential impact.

Does FeedFrwd rank requests by upvotes?

No. Vote counts measure how loud a request is, not what it’s worth. FeedFrwd scores every theme against the business metrics you report on, so the most-requested item never automatically outranks the most valuable one.

How does FeedFrwd prove a change worked?

FeedFrwd estimates the KPI lift before you build, then measures the actual outcome after release. You see whether the bet paid off, and the whole company can see the impact of what the product team shipped.

What does FeedFrwd integrate with?

FeedFrwd integrates with Slack, Notion, and Linear on every plan. You can also bring feedback in through a CSV upload, Google Sheets, or an in-app widget.

Can we separate feedback by product line or team?

Yes. Feedback is organized into boards, and you can create as many as you need, such as one per product line, team, or customer segment. Boards work like boards in Linear. They’re internal views for your team, not public voting pages.

Compared with other tools

How is this different from a feedback tool like Canny or Productboard?

Those tools collect and organize feedback. FeedFrwd decides. It ranks every theme by measurable business impact against the KPIs you own, shows the reasoning, and lets you prove the outcome after you ship. It complements a feedback inbox rather than replacing your votes board.

Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?

A general chatbot can summarize feedback, but it forgets last month’s data, gives answers with no evidence behind them, and gives every teammate a different result. FeedFrwd remembers your KPIs, themes, and past decisions, traces every recommendation to its source signals, and measures the outcome after release.

Data and security

Is my feedback data secure?

Your data is treated as confidential, used only to generate your results, and never used to train models shared with other customers. You can request deletion at any time. We’re pre-launch and building toward formal certifications, and we’re happy to walk your team through our current practices.

How does FeedFrwd handle access and governance?

Role-based access, normalization, and an audit trail are built in. Access is controlled by role, feedback from different sources is normalized into one consistent view, and your team has a record of activity it can review.

Pricing and the beta

How much does FeedFrwd cost?

Starter is free forever. Team is $49 per month per organization for up to 5 team members, or $39 per month billed annually. Enterprise pricing is custom, for large organizations that need scale and control. Full details are on our pricing page.

Is FeedFrwd priced per user?

No. The Team plan is priced per organization and includes up to 5 team members, so you aren’t paying per seat.

What does the beta cost, and what happens after?

The beta is free. Beta teams are on our free Starter plan, and there’s no automatic charge. You decide whether to move to a paid plan, and our pricing page shows what each plan includes.

How long is the beta program?

It runs about 8 weeks. You’ll get hands-on onboarding, a direct line to the founding team, and influence over the roadmap as we move toward our 2026 launch.

How do I join the beta?

Fill out the short form at the bottom of our homepage with your work email, role, and company. There’s no commitment. We review fit and reach out within two business days.
